Black Swan Lake is a rain-filled borrow pit alongside the Gold Coast Turf Club which was recently saved by local campaigning from being turned into a car park.

This is an orienteering map of the suburb of Forestdale in the NW corner of Logan City. I drew it a few years ago when I lived nearby, so it’s a little out of date; and it has never been used, which is a pity. It could be used for foot orienteering or a short MTBO race.
