Posting this some time after the event I have little recollection of it.
A visit back to the scene of my horrors two days earlier proved little more successful, with significant time loss at 5 and 7, the latter less than 100m from a control I lost massive time on last time.

Posting this some time after the event I have little recollection of it. My time was an appalling 111:59 which is almost 20mpk. My splits tell me I screwed up 4, 9, 11 and 13 rather badly!
