Brenton stormed the course in a time so much better than mine I'm keeping quiet about it.

My only problem was at 9 where I think I went up the gully to the north then relocated on seeing the track to the south.

Remarkably 7 out of 10 legs involved route chouce sthrough the centre of the map.

I slipped and banged up my leg at no 8 so my time wasn't real good.

I ran with Tom Leung, taking turns to navigate, which was interesting. Our time of 72 minutes was very ordinary, an incredible 24 minutes behind Kurt.

I managed to leave 3 thinking I was leaving 4 - same mistake as last week - which cost me a few minutes. I was 11th of 21 in 64 minutes, 25 minutes behind Kurt. Amazing.
